272: Hearing of proceedings
or “The Environment Court listens to cases as quickly as it can and tells everyone when and where to come.”

You could also call this:

“When someone goes to court about the environment, their family or friends can continue the case if needed”

When you bring a case to the Environment Court, it’s not just for you. The case also covers the people who might take over your rights or interests in the future. This includes your personal representatives, like your family members or anyone who might inherit your property.

If you appear in a case at the Environment Court, you’re not just there for yourself. You’re also there for your personal representatives and anyone who might take over your rights or interests later on. This means that the court’s decision will affect not just you, but also these other people who might be connected to your case in the future.
