165ZZJAppeal rights

  1. The following persons or groups may appeal to the Environment Court against the whole or a part of a decision made by the consent authority on its review of a section 384A coastal permit:

  2. the holder of the section 384A coastal permit; and
    1. any person or group notified of the review under section 165ZZF and who made a submission under section 165ZZH.
      1. Section 121 applies to an appeal made under this section.
