Rights of objection

357BRight of objection in relation to imposition of additional charges or recovery of costs

  1. There is a right of objection,—

  2. for a person required by a local authority to pay an additional charge under section 36(5) or costs under section 149ZD(1), to the local authority in respect of that requirement:
    1. for a person required by the EPA to pay costs under section 149ZD(2) or (3), to the EPA in respect of that requirement:
      1. for a person required by the Minister to pay costs under section 149ZD(4), to the Minister in respect of that requirement.
