Resource Management Act 1991

Occupation of common marine and coastal area - Plan change requests and concurrent applications for coastal permits in relation to aquaculture activities

165ZO: Identifying plan change requests and concurrent applications

You could also call this:

“This rule explains how to show which plan changes and applications go together when asking to use shared sea and beach areas.”

When you want to change a plan and apply for something at the same time in the common marine and coastal area, you need to follow some rules. If you’re applying for something, you must say which plan change request it goes with. If you’re asking to change a plan, you have two options. You can either say which application it goes with if you’re doing both at the same time, or you can say that you plan to apply for something later if your plan change request is accepted. This helps everyone understand how your request and application are connected.
