or “The Minister chooses people with different skills to help make decisions about important matters.”

You could also call this:

“The EPA can make simple choices or let the board decide about small tasks to help the inquiry run smoothly and quickly.”

You can expect the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) to handle some administrative tasks related to inquiries. The EPA can make decisions about administrative and support matters that are connected to conducting an inquiry. They can also let the board of inquiry make these decisions instead.

When the EPA is making these decisions or letting the board make them, they need to think about keeping costs low and avoiding unnecessary delays. This means they should try to make things run smoothly and efficiently.

Remember, if you want to know more about inquiries, you can look at other parts of this law that talk about them in more detail.
