147: Minister makes direction after EPA recommendation
or “The minister decides where to send important cases after getting advice from the EPA.”

You could also call this:

“Special rules apply when important projects involve the sea and shore areas”

If a proposal of national importance is about the coastal marine area, there are some special rules. When the proposal is only about the coastal marine area, you need to change a few things. Instead of talking about the Minister, you should talk about the Minister of Conservation. Also, in some parts of the law, you should just say “the Minister of Conservation” instead of mentioning other people.

If a proposal of national importance is partly about the coastal marine area, there are also some changes. When you see “the Minister” mentioned, you should think of both the Minister and the Minister of Conservation together. In some parts of the law, you should say “the Minister and the Minister of Conservation” instead of mentioning other people.

These changes help make sure that the right people are involved when dealing with proposals that affect the coastal marine area.
