“The person in charge of records can say yes or no about who owns a car”

If someone asks about a specific person and vehicle, the Registrar can confirm or deny if that person is registered for that vehicle. The Registrar can use extra information like the person’s birth date or driver licence number to help check this. However, the Registrar can only say yes or no about whether the person is registered for that vehicle. They can’t give any other information.
