30TProcedure Director must follow before revoking transport service licence

  1. If the proposed revocation of a licence under section 30S is on the ground that a person other than the licence holder is not a fit and proper person,—

  2. the notice required to be given to the licence holder by section 30W must specify the steps that the Director will require to be taken if the licence is not to be revoked, which steps may include a requirement that the person concerned cease all involvement in the service within a specified period; and
    1. the licence must not be revoked where the licence holder complies with any such requirements of the Director.
