262Application for trade plates

  1. A person who is, or who is within a class of persons, eligible to receive trade plates may apply to the Registrar for trade plates.

  2. An application must be—

  3. made in accordance with any regulations made under this Part; and
    1. accompanied by—
      1. the prescribed fee; and
        1. the accident insurance levy.
        2. Trade plates must be issued and used in accordance with any regulations made under this Part.
