30MConditions of goods service licence

  1. Despite section 30L(1) and (2), the Director may grant the licence on such conditions as the Director may specify on the licence or in writing to the holder if the applicant applies for a goods service licence and the Director—

  2. is not satisfied that the applicant is a fit and proper person to operate a goods service under the licence sought; but
    1. is satisfied that—
      1. the applicant is a fit and proper person to operate a goods service under a licence to carry the applicant's own goods, if specified conditions are imposed; and
        1. the grant of such a licence is not contrary to the public interest.
