195Offence in relation to failure to collect data and keep records for purposes of clean vehicle standard

  1. A vehicle importer commits an offence against this Act if the vehicle importer, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with section 194.

  2. A person who is convicted of an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

  3. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $15,000:
    1. in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $75,000.
