240Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints may be made to the Attorney-General against a decision of the Registrar made under section 239(1) or (2).

  2. The Attorney-General may investigate a complaint and either—

  3. confirm the decision of the Registrar that was the subject of the complaint; or
    1. if the Attorney-General considers that the complaint is valid, reverse the Registrar’s decision.
