Land Transport Act 1998

Repeals, amendments to other enactments, and transitional and savings provisions

224A: Saving of certain directions given by parking wardens

You could also call this:

“Parking warden directions from before the new law still count”

If you were given a direction by a parking warden before this new law started, you don’t need to worry. Your direction will still be valid under the new law. It’s as if the parking warden gave you the direction under the new rules. This means you should still follow what the parking warden told you to do, even though the law has changed.
