79CFailure to present vehicle for inspection
A transport service licence holder commits an offence if the holder fails to present a transport service vehicle used in the service for inspection when required to do so by the Director.
A driver of a small passenger service vehicle commits an offence if the driver fails to present the vehicle for inspection when required to do so by the Director.
The maximum penalty on conviction for an offence against subsection (1) is a fine not exceeding $10,000.
