The Land Transport Act 1998 has some new parts added to it. You can find these new parts in Schedule 2 of the Transport Act 1962. They are called Parts 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

These new parts were added because of a rule in s 215(2). This rule says that new parts can be added to the Transport Act 1962.

The new parts are now part of the Act, and you can find them in the Act(s) on the legislation website.
