The Registrar can amend the register if they find a typographical error or mistake. You can think of a typographical error as a small mistake when typing. The Registrar can also amend the register if it is missing information that should be included. The Registrar must amend the register if the regulations say they have to. Regulations are like rules that explain how a law works. The Registrar must also amend the register to follow a court order or direction. The Registrar's job is to keep the register accurate and up to date. They do this by making amendments when necessary. This helps ensure the register has the correct information.
