212: Agency to pay sum to assessment centres

212Agency to pay sum to assessment centres

  1. The Agency must pay each assessment centre, from money appropriated for the purpose by Parliament, such sum as may be prescribed for the first attendance of a person ordered under this Act to attend an assessment centre, if that person has not previously attended an assessment centre following the making of the order.
