“How to use and manage the land transport record book”

The register is a place where land transport records are kept. The person in charge of the register can choose how to keep it, as long as you can easily find and use the information in it.

The register needs to be working all the time, except when the person in charge needs to stop it for a short time. They might need to stop it to fix it, to solve technical problems, or to keep it safe and working properly. Sometimes, the rules might say it’s okay to stop the register too.

You can look at the register, search for information in it, and make copies of what you find. But there are two times when you might not be able to do this. First, if the person in charge has stopped the register for one of the reasons mentioned earlier. Second, if there are rules that say you can’t.
