30KApplication for transport service licence

  1. Every application for a transport service licence must be—

  2. made in accordance with the regulations and the rules; and
    1. accompanied by the fee (if any) required by the regulations.
      1. A person may not hold or apply for a transport service licence while he or she is disqualified under this Act or any other Act from holding or obtaining a transport service licence.
