The law used to have a section called ‘Service charter’ that was part of the rules about the Land Transport Safety Authority and its Director. This section was number 195 in the Land Transport Act 1998. However, on 1 December 2004, this section was removed from the law. This means it no longer applies and you don’t need to worry about what it used to say.
