79LCourt may require convicted transport service licence holder to sit examination

  1. The court may require a transport service licence holder to sit, or re-sit, the Certificate of Knowledge of Law and Practice examination if the transport service licence holder is convicted of—

  2. an offence under this Part or any regulations pertaining to the operation of a licensed transport service; or
    1. any other offence under this Act that is applicable to a vehicle used in a licensed transport service.
