If you drive a vehicle recovery service vehicle (like a tow truck), an enforcement officer can tell you to stop using it for towing or carrying if it doesn’t follow the rules. The officer needs to be in uniform or show you proof that they are an enforcement officer. You can’t use the vehicle again for towing or carrying until it follows all the rules and regulations.
