106Rating information that may not be withheld

  1. This section applies to a territorial authority that—

  2. has removed particulars from its rating information database under section 28C(3) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002; and
    1. has not restored the particulars under section 28C(4) of that Act.
      1. The authority—

      2. must provide, if requested by a water organisation, information that the authority holds but that has been removed from the database; and
        1. may not withhold any particulars that remain removed from its rating information database under section 28C(3) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002.
