If your application for a trade waste permit is declined by a territorial authority, you can ask them to review their decision, which is called the original decision. You must ask for this review within 20 working days of finding out about the original decision, or by a later date that the territorial authority agrees to. When you ask for a review, you must do it in the way and format that the territorial authority requires.
