61Variation of trust deed: Secretary approval

  1. Trustees who propose to vary the trust deed must—

  2. prepare an appropriate variation; and
    1. obtain the Secretary’s approval of the variation.
      1. The Secretary must approve the variation of the trust deed if satisfied that the variation is consistent with this Act and any regulations made under this Act.
