If you do something with a stormwater network that causes a big risk, you can get in trouble. You must not do things that cause a big risk on purpose or without caring about the risk. If you break this rule, you can be punished when you are found guilty. As an individual, you might go to prison for up to 2 years, or you might have to pay a fine of up to $75,000, or you might get both punishments, but for a company or group, the fine can be up to $1.5 million.
