341Minister must appoint reviewer

  1. The Minister must appoint a reviewer to conduct a review under this subpart.

  2. The reviewer must be 1 or more of the following:

  3. the department responsible for the administration of this Act:
    1. another department that is listed in Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020:
      1. any other person or panel of people that the Minister considers suitable to conduct the review.
        1. After appointing the reviewer, the Minister must—

        2. give the review’s terms of reference to the reviewer; and
          1. publish, by notice in the Gazette, the name (or names) of the reviewer and the review’s terms of reference.
