151Internal review of decision under bylaw for purposes of connection

  1. A person whose application for a connection to a water service network is declined may apply to the water service provider for an internal review of that decision (the original decision).

  2. A person who applies for an internal review must do so—

  3. no later than—
    1. 20 working days after the day on which the original decision first came to the person’s notice; or
      1. any later date that the water service provider allows; and
      2. in the manner and form required by the water service provider.
