180Compensation

  1. The exercise of a power set out in section 161(1) applies subject to Part 5 of the Public Works Act 1981 as to compensation for injurious affection to land.

  2. The amount of the compensation may be—

  3. agreed between the water service provider and the person concerned; or
    1. failing agreement, determined in the manner set out in the Public Works Act 1981.
