When you make an objection under section 133, certain rules apply. These rules are found in sections 199F to 199P and Schedule 13A of the LGA 2002. You need to read these rules with some changes to understand how they work for water organisations.

You have to replace some words in these rules to make them fit water organisations. For example, when you see "territorial authority", you should think "water organisation" instead. You also need to think of the "district of a territorial authority" as the area where a water organisation provides its services.

These changes help you understand how the rules work when you make an objection under section 133, and how section 133 is used in this process.
