If a stormwater network risk management plan finds a risk to critical infrastructure, you need to know what happens next. This is explained in the definition of critical infrastructure, which you can find in section 200. The water service provider and the private owner of the infrastructure must work together to find a solution to manage the risk.

The water service provider must try to work with the private owner to develop and implement a solution. If they cannot work together, or if the private owner cannot implement the agreed solution, the water service provider must develop and implement its own solution.

You can find more information about what critical infrastructure means by looking at the definition in section 200.
