213Discharge of trade waste

  1. The occupier of trade premises within a water service provider’s service area may discharge trade waste proceeding from those premises into the water service provider’s wastewater network—

  2. with the consent of the water service provider; or
    1. without consent if, and to the extent that, the discharge is permitted by a trade waste discharge plan or a trade waste bylaw.
      1. This section does not override any trade waste bylaws or the Resource Management Act 1991.
