When you make decisions about wastewater, you need to think about the cost. You have to consider options for providing wastewater infrastructure and treating wastewater. You must choose the option that you think is the most cost-effective over the life of the infrastructure.

You have to think about how much it will cost to provide wastewater services. This includes the cost of the infrastructure assets needed for the option you choose. You must pick the option that gives the best value for money.
