You could also call this:

When a new water organisation is set up after a certain date, this section of the law applies to you. You need to prepare an annual report after your first full year of operation if you were established less than 4 months before the end of a financial year. This report must cover the time from when you started until the end of your first full financial year, as stated in the law, which is different from what is said in section 243.

If you do not have a statement of expectations and water services strategy in place when you prepare your first annual report, you and your shareholders must decide which documents your report will be based on. You must agree on this so you can complete your annual report correctly. This is an important step in the process of creating your annual report.

You will have to prepare and adopt your annual report after your first full financial year, as required by law. This report is crucial for your water organisation, and you must follow the rules outlined in the law. Your annual report will provide information about your organisation's activities and progress during its first year of operation.
