If you break a trade waste permit, you commit an offence. A trade waste permit is issued under a trade waste bylaw made under section 258. You can be fined if you commit this offence. The fine is up to $250,000 for an individual or up to $3 million for a company. This is what happens if you are found guilty of breaking a trade waste permit. You will be liable for the fine as stated. The fine amount depends on whether you are an individual or a company.
