If you have a water services bylaw, it must be reviewed regularly. You can find out how often it needs to be reviewed in section 263 or section 264. If it is not reviewed, it will be revoked.

If the bylaw is not reviewed as required under section 263, it will be revoked 7 years after that section comes into force. You can check when section 263 comes into force to know when the 7 years start. This means the bylaw will no longer be in effect after that time.

If the bylaw is not reviewed as required under section 264, it will be revoked 2 years after it was supposed to be reviewed. You can check section 264 to find out when the bylaw was supposed to be reviewed. Then you will know when the 2 years start, and the bylaw will be revoked after that.
