124Schedule of development contributions

  1. The schedule of development contributions contained in a water organisation’s development contributions policy must specify—

  2. the development contributions payable in the water organisation’s service area, calculated, in each case, in accordance with the methodology in respect of water services infrastructure; and
    1. the event that will give rise to a requirement for a specified development contribution in accordance with section 113.

      1. The schedule must specify development contributions according to—

      2. the parts of the water organisation’s service area for which they may be required; and
        1. each group of water services activities for which they are required.
