Illustration for Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025

If you are a compliance officer, you can ask someone for help to do your job under the Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025. You can ask for help if you think it's necessary, but you can't ask for help to enter a place. If the person agrees to help you, they must do what you tell them to do and you must supervise them. The person who is helping you can go with you into any place you are allowed to enter. You can look at s 388 for more information about this.
