If you apply for an internal review of a decision about a trade waste permit, the territorial authority can stop the original decision from happening. They can do this on their own or if you ask them to. The territorial authority has to decide whether to stop the original decision within three working days of getting your application. If they do not make a decision within those three days, it means they have stopped the original decision.

If the territorial authority stops the original decision, it will not happen until they make a decision about your internal review. You will have to wait until they make this decision to know what will happen next. The territorial authority is in charge of making this decision.
