When a review is happening, you need to know the reviewer has to follow some rules. The Minister gives the reviewer some terms of reference, and the reviewer must conduct the review according to those terms. The reviewer also has to talk to the people they think are appropriate about what will go in the report that is prepared under section 344. The reviewer is in charge of deciding who to consult with about the report. You can find out more about the report in section 344.
