331Failure to comply with direction given by compliance officer

  1. A person commits an offence if they fail to comply with a direction given by a compliance officer under section 283(1)(c) or 285(1).

  2. A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction,—

  3. for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $75,000:
    1. for a body corporate or an unincorporated body, to a fine not exceeding $300,000.
