If you do one of these things without permission, you can be charged with an offence. As an individual, you could be fined up to $50,000 if you are found guilty.

If you are a company or a group, you could be fined up to $500,000 if you are found guilty, you can find more information about this by looking at the Local Government Act for comparison.
