A water organisation can choose to waive some or all of the water services charge for your property. They can also waive a penalty for not paying a water services charge, which is explained in more detail in section 104.

The water organisation can waive a charge or penalty whether you have to pay it now or if you are already late with the payment.

If the water organisation decides to waive a charge or penalty, they must follow their own rules for doing so, which are outlined in their waiver policy.
