67Publication of reliance on exemption

  1. This section applies to a territorial authority that is referred to in an exemption order under section 66 and that starts to rely on the exemptions.

  2. The territorial authority must make information about the exemption, and the territorial authority’s reliance on the exemption, publicly available.
