Regulations and miscellaneous provisions - Review of Director’s decisions - Provisions relating to reviews

446: Application for review

You could also call this:

"Asking someone to look again at a decision they made about you"

If you want to apply for a review, you must do it in writing. You have 20 working days to apply after you are told about the decision you want reviewed. You need to say what parts of the decision you want to have looked at again. The person reviewing your application can reject it if they think you have not clearly said what you want reviewed. They can also reject it if they think your application is not serious or is wasting their time. If your application is rejected, it is like you never applied in the first place.
