If you want to apply for a restricted scheduled international air service, you must follow the rules in section 177. When the Secretary gets your application, they must put a notice on the Ministry's website. The notice tells people that you have made an application. The Secretary must also say in the notice when they will stop taking written comments from people about your application. They must give people at least 21 days to send in their comments. You can see how this rule has changed over time by looking at the old rules.
