290Limitation relating to powers under sections 284 and 288

  1. The right of access and the powers conferred by sections 284 and 288 must not be used to gain access to, to inspect, or to require the production or surrender of a record specified in section 14C(2)(a) or (b) of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990.
