When regulations are made under the Civil Aviation Act 2023, they can have different rules for different types of people, aircraft, or services. You might see different rules for different aerodromes or aeronautical products. Regulations can also have different rules for the same type of person or aircraft, but in different situations. You can find more information about similar laws by looking at the 1990 No 98 s 100(2), (4) legislation. Regulations made under this Act are still valid even if they give someone the power to make decisions or set requirements for certain activities.
