413Offences in relation to information disclosure

  1. A person commits an offence if the person—

  2. fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any information disclosure requirements prescribed in regulations made under—
    1. section 410; or
      1. section 411; or
      2. fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a request made under section 412(1).
        1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000.
