Civil Aviation Act 2023

Monitoring, investigation, and enforcement - Disqualification

346: Commencement of period of disqualification

You could also call this:

"When you're not allowed to have a pilot's licence, the ban starts on a date chosen by the court."

If you are disqualified from holding or getting an aviation document, the disqualification starts on the date the court makes the order. The court can also say the disqualification starts on a later date. You can find more information about this by looking at the Civil Aviation Act 1990 for comparison. The court's decision is final and you must follow it.
